Several common problems with Google's Authenticator binding failure:
- Make sure the “Google Authenticator” app is installed on your Mobile phone.
- Make sure the time (clock) on your mobile phone (the one running the Google Authenticator app) and the computer (from which you are logging into Coinsuper website) is synchronized.
- Make sure the Google verification code and email verification code are entered correctly on the page.
If you are unable to bind Google Authenticator, we recommend that you could bind SMS verification.
