Before untying Google Authenticator, please confirm whether you can get the Google Authenticator code.
Case 1, the Google Authenticator code can be obtained normally.
Step1. Please log in to the Coinsuper and click [Personal Center].
Step2. On the Personal Center page, click [Security Center] in the left navigation bar.
Step3. In the Security Center, find [Google Authenticator] and click [Untie].
Step4. Enter the correct Google Authenticator code in the input box and click [Confirm] to untie.
Case 2, the Google Authenticator code cannot be obtained normally.
Please confirm if you have got identity verification approved.
1. You have got identity verification approved
Please prepare the following documents:
Your selfie with identity documents and a note.
The note should indicate the date, the name of the exchange (Coinsuper), the words “Untying Google Authenticator”, and your signature.
Send your selfie to email customer.support@coinsuper.com, we will handle them within 1 working day; or you can click [support] in the lower right corner of the website to contact the online customer service to untie quickly.
2. you don’t get identity verification approved
Please contact the online customer service and provide information about your identity.
APP:
Case 1, the Google verification code can be obtained normally.
Open the Coinsuper APP, click the small portrait in the upper left corner of the homepage.
On the personal center page, click the [Security] then you can see [Google Authenticator]. Click and enter the correct Google Authenticator code in the input box to untie.
Case 2, the Google authenticator code cannot be obtained normally.
Please confirm if you have got identity verification approved.

Please prepare the following materials: a photo of your hand-held ID containing your face with a note on the note indicating the date of the day, the name of the exchange (Coinsuper), the words “Unlock Google Binding”, and sign.
After the materials are ready, send them to the customer service email customer.support@coinsuper.com, the staff will handle them within 1 working day; or open the Coinsuper APP, click on the small portrait in the upper left corner of the homepage to open the personal center, open it and find [ Online customer service] Contact online customer service to quickly untie.
2. You don’t get identity verification approved
Please contact the online customer service and provide information about your identity.
