- The legal tender recharging only supports US dollar and Hong Kong dollar recharging, and other currencies are not supported.
- Please check whether the beneficiary, beneficiary’s address, beneficiary’s account, beneficiary’s bank, beneficiary’s bank address and submitted remittance record are correct.
- The recharging is subject to Hong Kong time. The funds received after 17:00 will be processed by postponing to the next business day. Please wait patiently.
The digital currency recharged not received
- First, please confirm that the receiving address is the address of Coinsuper platform, and the receiving address is the address of corresponding currency. If the address is entered incorrectly, your deposit will not be received.
- The cash withdrawal platform shows that the cash withdrawal is successful but there is no TXID (hash value) or the blockchain record shows a failure.Please contact the cash withdrawal platform. Perhaps the outward remittance after cash withdrawal of platform is unsuccessful. The sign of successful cash withdrawal is that there is successful TXID (hash value), i.e. the blockchain record of successful transfer.
- There has been the blockchain record but the number of confirmations is not enough.If the number of blockchain confirmations is not enough (the numbers of confirmations for each currency are different), please wait patiently for the blockchain confirmation, and your deposit will be automatically received in your account after the block confirmation is completed.
- The block confirmation is completed but the amount has not been received
Transfers of deposits are automatic, and each transfer requires confirmation by the entire block network. After there are 6 or 12 confirmations, your token will be automatically recharged to your account.
